WARWICKSHIRE MEANS BUSINESS

Record-breaking year for King's Awards in Warwickshire

“The King's Awards for Enterprise is a prestigious accolade and a prime platform for Warwickshire-based companies to earn acclaim on a national scale."

A record eight King's Awards for Enterprise have been awarded to Warwickshire businesses this year.

The King's Awards for Enterprise (KAE) is an awards programme for British businesses and other organisations who excel at international trade, innovation, sustainable development or promoting opportunity. They are the highest official UK awards for British businesses with recipients permitted to fly the King's Awards flag at their main office and use the emblem on their marketing material for five years.

This year, there were eight KAE in Warwickshire – a record number for the county and a huge achievement.

Cllr Izzi Seccombe, Leader of Warwickshire County Council said: “The King's Awards for Enterprise is a prestigious accolade and a prime platform for Warwickshire-based companies to earn acclaim on a national scale. The awards also align perfectly with the County Council’s commitment to promoting sustainable economic growth.”

The Warwickshire recipients of The King's Awards for Enterprise 2024 in each category are:

Innovation

  • 3D Technologies - one of only five companies in the UK to receive two awards.

International Trade

Promoting Opportunity

Sustainable Development

These awards are a great boost to the local economy and show Warwickshire’s ability to attract and sustain successful companies which in turn support the county's communities.
