Could your business host a road safety digital screen?
In December, the Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership piloted four digital screens across the county to display the Christmas anti-Drink Drive messages. One of these screens was prominently placed at the Piston Club near Stratford, a high-footfall location which attracts car and motorcycle enthusiasts from around the county.
Generously provided by Co-Pilot, a developer of various road safety initiatives, the screens displayed the national THINK! Drink Driving campaign and featured QR codes linking to road safety magazines. The initiative was well-received by both the venue and visitors, effectively delivering road safety messages to the public where they already regularly attending. It also demonstrated the Piston Club's support for the partnership's goal of reducing casualties on Warwickshire's roads.
Looking ahead to Summer 2025, the Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership plans to deploy the screens countywide and invites more businesses to come forward to host a screen with road safety messages in a high-footfall areas. The screens can portable and can be moved around venues with ease or be locked in position for security.
