MES Systems joins the Fair Chance Employer fold
A Nuneaton business has celebrated its 35th anniversary by becoming a Fair Chance Employer.
MES Systems, based in Watling Court, Attleborough Field Industrial Estate, decided to mark the milestone by confirming their commitment to inclusive employment.
They did this by signing up to Warwickshire County Council’s Fair Chance programme, which works with education providers and employability groups to help employers to “level up” opportunities by offering residents with supportive needs equal access to careers.
MES Systems, which instals security systems, is particularly keen to work with armed forces veterans who may have electronic communications experience and also with people over 50 who are looking to use their electrical experience in the security industry.

Heather Docksey, Business Skills Support Advisor for the Fair Chance Employment Programme, said: “We are delighted to welcome MES System as a Fair Chance Employer. There could be no more constructive way to mark their 35th anniversary than by taking this positive step towards inclusive employment.
“That so many businesses have already become Fair Chance employers since the programme’s launch in November 2021 is a real tribute to Warwickshire’s business community…but we will always welcome more!”
