Warwickshire Business Centres welcomes new operations manager

Marine brings a strong track record of business ownership and leadership, complemented by extensive experience across both the residential and commercial property sectors. Her background includes managing diverse lettings portfolios, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of property operations, tenant engagement, and the effective management of multi-occupancy environments. 

A qualified member of ARLA Propertymark, Marine demonstrates a high standard of professional expertise in lettings and property management. She also holds a CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification, further strengthening her commercial insight and understanding of the wider property market and finance world. 

In her new position, Marine will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the Business Centres, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to tenants while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Her combined expertise in property management and financial services will support the strategic development of the centres and their continued appeal to both existing and prospective tenants.
