Green business grants for manufacturing, test and development equipment

Coventry University Enterprises are offering Capital Grants to SMEs in Coventry and Warwickshire to invest in manufacturing, test or development equipment that will enable process efficiencies.

Any business which is considering buying equipment to enable production efficiencies or to develop/manufacture Low Carbon products and services, is invited to apply to the scheme. CUE can fund up to 40% of the purchase (maximum £20,000 grant for a £50,000 project spend).

The process is quick and straightforward and support to help complete the application form is available.

Previously funded projects include: IT equipment to support development of new products; Robotic equipment for components used in vehicle production; CNC equipment for renewable energy components; Test equipment for electronic systems to reduce carbon emission; Manufacturing equipment to enable process efficiencies

The CUE grants are part of a package of loan and grant programmes for Warwickshire businesses including the County Council’s Small Capital Grants, Warwickshire Recovery & Investment Fund and Green Recovery Grants.
