WARWICKSHIRE MEANS BUSINESS

Workplace Wellbeing Forum on November 12th

The benefits of supporting and creating a healthy workplace are well publicised, but employers can still face barriers when trying to build and sustain strategies and initiatives that make a difference. Barriers such as changing company culture, financial constraints, or uptake of initiatives can all influence the success of implementation.

The Coventry & Warwickshire Workplace Wellbeing Forum is here to support you to create and build on healthier places to work and the next one is taking place on Tuesday 12th November 09:30 – 12:30 at Coventry Rugby Club.  Free to attend for workplaces of all sizes and industries, the event will be focusing on where you can get support locally from writing effective wellbeing policies, to gaining Workplace Wellbeing Accreditation to supporting your staff to quit smoking.

We also have a guest speaker from local company Kapsch who will be sharing their journey including tips and ideas on achieving Thrive at Work accreditation and building a new Health & Wellbeing strategy.
