Workshops help address skills shortages

A series of workshops designed to tackle skills shortages in the region is underway.

Warwickshire County Council, working with the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, recently launched its five-point plan to help business who are suffering as a result of the skills shortage in the region.

The plan offers a range of support including three workshops designed to look at recruitment and training and to explain ways in which business can get help.

The first workshop, Exploring Alternative Routes to Recruitment, was a great success last week and two more remain:
