11 February Escape the Ordinary: Build stronger teams through VR and insight
The Train Challenge: Team Building on Track. A fast paced and highly interactive, immersive workshop targeted at improving individual and team performance through collaboration and innovation. Uniquely bringing together behavioural preferences, a VR escape room set on a train and a team that needs to work together.

Teams are formed with a mixture of behavioural preferences. Competing teams work to be the first to prevent an out-of-control VR train from hurtling into a terminus. This can only be done by solving diverse puzzles in the VR train.

Answers to the puzzles can only be found by interacting effectively with team members, who are aided by a deciphering manual, outside the VR headset.
