Fair Chance Employer programme is off to a flying start

A programme for businesses wanting to become an inclusive employer and recruit in an inclusive way has got off to a flying start.
The Fair Chance Employer programme, launched by the Warwickshire Skills Hub in November 2021, has been busy running a series of extensive support package for businesses and those looking for work.
The programme is proving to be popular as it deploys its team of Inclusive specialists to shape support packages for all employers wanting to sign up as a Fair Chance Employer.
The latest online employer event was held on February 17th and saw over 30 employers join the call out to Warwickshire businesses to get involved. Heart of England, The Co-operative Group and NSL Services were among many who are keen to support and explore how the programme will meet many of their skills gaps and support their organisations to demonstrate and celebrate inclusive recruitment.
Chloe Millage the Careers and Employability Programme Manager for The Warwickshire Skills Hub said: “The Fair Chance Employer programme really is a unique programme and one which is moving at speed to incorporate different supportive strands in response to everyone’s needs.
