Fire and Rescue consultation seeks business input
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service (WFRS) is inviting feedback from Warwickshire businesses on a proposed change to its service delivery model.
The public consultation on their Resourcing to Risk approach will remain open until 10 March 2024 and gives you a chance to have your say on the way that WFRS manage their resources. They are keen to hear your views and feedback on the proposal being considered, which optimises the distribution of fire appliances, firefighters and supporting resources so that they better align to risk and demand across the county. For more information on fire safety for businesses in Warwickshire, visit: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/fire-safety-businesses-1.
The consultation, available at www.warwickshire.gov.uk/ask summarises the reasons for the Resourcing to Risk proposal and the benefits that WFRS believes the proposed approach offers in improving how they keep Warwickshire’s communities and businesses safe.
There will also be a series of information sessions held in each of Warwickshire’s five district and boroughs in January and February. Full details of these, including how to book a place, are available on the WFRS Eventbrite page.
Anyone interested in viewing the proposal and giving feedback should visit www.warwickshire.gov.uk/ask or, if you need a paper copy of the survey, or an alternative format or language, please call 01926 410410 or email wfrsr2r@warwickshire.gov.uk.
