Trading Standards seek views from Warwickshire's business community

Business owners across Warwickshire have been asked for their views on the Trading Standards service.

Trading Standards in the West Midlands are looking to better understand the needs of businesses and how the service can better engage with the business community.  A brief survey has been created to gain insights as the views of businesses are crucial as the service shapes its business engagement strategies. 

The survey has 18 simple questions which take, on average, under four minutes to complete. All responses from business owners will be much valued and the anonymous feedback will guide the service future efforts.
